Application Instructions

Please submit official transcripts from your degree granting institutions (bachelors, MSW) and all other colleges and universities attended, other than Sacramento State. This includes all community colleges you attended. This also includes institutions where you enrolled in classes, but did not complete a degree.

Application Fee:

An application fee of $50 will be collected after eligibility has been determined. You cannot be enrolled into the program until the application fee has been collected.
