Cal State Fullerton Public Relations Advantage will share their marketing campaign for the Orange County RMDZ, how they developed it, and how zones around the state can use their local colleges and universities to replicate this effort.

Session IV: Statewide Commission on Recycling Markets and Curbside Recycling

Governor Newsom created a commission and requires it to issue policy recommendations and to identify products that are recyclable or compostable and regularly collected in curbside recycling programs by July 1, 2021. Manuel Medrano, your CARMDZ president, and John Davis, Zone Administrator, High Desert RMDZ, are both members of the commission and will give you an update on the commissions work and encourage your participation in the process.
