After submitting your application you will be emailed instructions on how to upload and send the below required documents.

• NREMT Card
• State EMT Card
• Letters of reference (if available, but not a requirement)
• Drivers License
• Resume
• Unofficial transcripts from all colleges attended
• CPR Cert
