Application Process:

• Complete this online application
• Pay the $100 non – refundable deposit
• Submit a copy of your passport
• Submit a headshot photo

• Photo submission guidelines:
• White background
• No hats or sunglasses
• Photo must show the full head from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin
• Please provide the image in jpeg or gif format
