Application for Certificate in Crime and Intelligence Analysis

An application is required of all students entering the Crime and Intelligence Analysis Certificate Program. Please complete the information below and submit your application along with the $50 non-refundable application fee to the College of Continuing Education. If you do not plan to complete the certificate program, but only wish to take a single course, please contact the Crime Analysis Program Representative at (916) 278-4433, ext. 2 for permission.
General Instructions
Please complete the application below and indicate how you wish to pay the $50 non-refundable application fee. After submitting your application you will receive an email confirmation. Please follow the instructions here:
- If you paid by credit card, you will need to print the email confirmation you receive after submitting your application and either mail or fax that into the College of Continuing Education along with all required documents verifying your eligibility (see below).
- If paying by check, you will need to print the email confirmation you receive after submitting your application. Mail that along with your $50 check, made payable to Sacramento State, as well all required documents verifying your eligibility (see below).
